Once upon a time, in a land far, far away… this is how some stories   begin.This one is no different. For owner Navdeep Jaggi, Bakery  Express Café is a  fairy tale come true. Jaggi hails from India, where he completed his chef apprenticeship in a 5-star hotel. His father's wish was that he come to America and have his own restaurant. And so he does, after 25 years in the food services industry. A resident of Antelope Valley for the past 13 years, Jaggi became very interested in purchasing Bakery Express because of the gourmet food and reputation as excellent caterers. He and his family were also attracted by the fact that it is closed on weekends, which allows them to enjoy time together. The talented employees also appreciate it! Jaggi's wife is the principal of a local  school and their two children are their biggest delight. Jaggi is grateful to the  faithful clientele.
